Classic works from the Art of War to Tao De Jing.
The stoics, Marcus Aurelius etc., Also doing the BBC First Aid instruction course on-line.To learn more about the body I have been given, have always been squemish to a point over blood and guts, but that was more through ignorance.
So I look forward to exploring the site for all interests both known and unknown to me at the moment.........................
