Big world, small people
The Universe is big. So amazingly big, that it is not even comprehensible to the human mind. If you were to take a map of the Universe, a pinprick upon a pinprick apon a pinprick wouldn't even begin to explain the insignificance of our galaxy.
Our planet is pretty big too, relative to ourselves. All of those huge landmasses which take days to travel across, wide stretches of ocean, and not to mention the eternal drive to Florida from my home in the Midwest.
Why is it, if the Universe and our planet are so huge, that whenever I go out and engage in some quesionable activities, I alway run into a friend of my parents.
