Summers.
Posted Nov 17, 2004
Companies are a drag.
We're going through this painful placement process at the institute right now, and no company is shortlisting me
Oh well, this is just for an internship position during the summer, so no big deal.
Still, i mean, they should see the immense advantage they'd get by hiring me, you'd think. My first interview is probably tomorrow.
Let's have some prayers.

In Exile.
Posted Nov 14, 2004
Am not sure how many people in the galaxy are familiar with Indian mythology - anyways, what generally happens is this chap goes into the jungles in exile for like lots of years.
Why bring this up ??? Because it seems like I've been in exile this past one year... lots of things been happening, and I really haven't come online in a while so....
So, what have I been doing? Well, this and that really. The high point of the last one year was probably my graduation (finally!!!) in May. Also have got through to the Indian Institute of Management in Bangalore to do an MBA course ... though how it will make me any better is for the world to see.
The point is, rejoice gang, cos I'm back.

A Gloomy Wet Diwali
Posted Oct 28, 2003
Of all the months in the year for the monsoon to hit, october has to be the worst.
I face the prospect of yet another diwali that's been washed out by the unrelenting monsoon rains. Last year, my hostel got flooded and I evacuated in a hurry.
This year promises to be no different... it's been raining for three consecutive days now
The fireworks are gonna be damp!!
But what the hell, the Supreme Courts banned them anyways!!
Presumably, i'll have the same quota of sweets and though.
Grub's not banned.
WEll, there's something to look forward to !
