Bad drivers. Hmm, yes, well. I sometimes wonder which backstreet shop they bought their licences.
Actually, to be fair, this was a good place to be when we came. A pleasant, rural 10,000 population with a large sparse catchment area ... but since the 'quakes we've more than doubled and city-style driving has taken over.
