Hello again Elektra,

Thanks for your concern. Yes, I'm well enough - perhaps (smiley - erm hopefully) just going through a low patch?
Then again, was all that 'good' stuff just a high patch? Difficult to say among all this deterioration...

Sad, isn't it?

Whatever. Maybe I'll try again... revisit the magoda perhaps - - but don't hold your breath!

Autumn here seems to be a particularly social time and this year has been hectic (so far...and more to come?), constantly dragging me away partway through things I'd like to do - and submerging ideas, which then fritter away if not acted on immediately...

I must say though, that smiley - thepost doesn't look as though it's suffering...

Nice to hear from you

Best regards

Rod

I'm glad you are OK. Aren't you enjoying the lot of people you are socializing with or are they boring?

Boring? Oh No. Good sorts all and interesting - else Ms Stress wouldn't drag me away (quite so often...)

It's just that ... well, I'm supposed to be retired... Come to think of it, 're-tired' does mean 'tired again', don't it?

Hey Rod here is your next DIY project:

Surely you could do as well as a Hungarian farmer.smiley - evilgrin

Now that it is getting on towards winter there. You have woods close by don't you.

What?

Not a chance. It wouldn't fit on my lathe - and that's just the first thought.
Hmm, might manage a wheel or two if they'd end up the same size...

Anyway, woodland is for walking doglet. I'll use wood that other people have cut - If it's good enough for kindling, it's good enough for me.

Winter? yeah, it's on the way, with more than a few tasters to tempt us but today's been lovely - mild, quiet and quite a bit of sun.

Oops, don't keep me... gotta go, it's almost G&T time. Showertime will have to wait.
