Oh Sam I was subject to the same old rigmaroll but made 3 formal complaints from 3 seperate tenants which is a start.I'm waiting on a visit from the Community police regarding the other incident.As Ive been advised to liase with them as much as possible.I dont really want to go into much detail herebut I'm sure you understand..thankyou for your interest..hows things with you?

Gordon I understand, was only expecting a good/bad reply.. I think thats why a lot of people get away with so much because decent people give up with all the 'rigmaroll' they have to go thru.. but it is the only way and hopefully the Police being involved (albeit for the other matter) may mean that its not swept under the carpet.. keep with it.. I'm only on for a short time as I have soe wages to make up this afternoon but its not difficult work the worst bit is walking to the post office with them 
its cold out today.. otherwise I had a good sleep last night.. I think Kawk's word is INACCURATE and he's missed off the 'N' and I can't see your word at all nothing popping out at me anyway..
