Now see here, Lidls is special.
Lidls is wonderful.
Lidls is magic. Lidls has proper chocolate. And cardboard boxes.
Lidls has French marmalade. And fish from ... somewhere north and to the right a bit.
Lidls has surprises - riding hats, cyclists padded lycra and fishermens' waders in among the loo rolls, sliced bread and marg.
Lidls is The Best .



(and they do this fantastic individual, rich, Belgian Chocolate sponge pudding topped with smooth caramel sauce, for about 69p.)

I know, I know - how the heart approaches what it yearns for.

And it's not those interlopers, the lothario Sainsbury or the cad that is Waitrose; away with the cheap generic twiglets of Budgens and the 'value' slimline tonic water of Tesco.

You had me at 'cardboard boxes'

(And the sponge pudding sounds alarmingly good value )

(Oh and... by the way - up until you posting just now, I had completely and utterly no idea. All hints notwithstanding. Yep - that dense )

Truly? Well, that was partly why I posted. Have 'fessed up before, but some time ago.

Guess it's like spots - they feel very obvious to those wearing them. I might grow out of it one day .
