Please excuse Trin from games. He has a bad cold and veruccas and possibly tummy trouble (forgive the medical terminology) and he has not done his homework nor has he written his thankyou letters or taken the rubbish out.

Distance isn't the problem. Prior commitment due to an inability to remember dates is the problem.
Together with dreadfulness and patheticness, obviously.
