My name is Simon but you can call me 'Mouse'...
For many years I have worked in the Catering Industry running Hotels, Restaurants and Pubs etc. I am a recognised 'Master Chef' and was voted 'Chef of the Year' back in 1995.
I now have a Personal Chef Business called 'ChefNOW!' that caters for people in their own homes (Dinner parties etc)
