Hi Frank,
Thank you for my reply to query of Smileys. I still haven't got the hang of it but will continue trying and if no more success I will come back to you or Peter, or both! I spend most of my time reading various threads and have come to feel I know so many of you. I have been educated, amused and moved to tears by some of them.
I was 11 when the war started so have no memories of fighting though the three night blitz in Swansea was a recollection I would not want to repeat. Quite an experience for an thirteen year old.
I must have another go at Siley and I MUST get writing again.

Right here is how you go.
Click on my name and that will give you my personal page.
Scroll down to (My WW2 Forums) look for (FRONT PAGE) there and click on.
There is a thread there and Peter smart lad that he is has given me the key to the door for all those Smilies.
He had to put a full stop in them all to stop them from coming up so what you do is Print them off then take out the full stop when you use them.
Remember remove the full stop.
The one I gave you will work if you remove the full stop in the middle.
Try them all on Preview first and you will see they work.
I look forward to more stories, you may think you are not interesting but believe it when I say people want to know what it was like living through those times.
