it's been set up as a meeting place for ex leisure district users from telewest, but of course anyone and everyone is welcome....
as the name suggests it's a tea shop, so no alcohol, but i sneak mine in as medicinal.... lol....

i suppose it's the same as anywhere else as in it has it's busy times n quiet times....
some of the regulars seem to have got lost somewhere along the way, but they pop up now n again.....
they have a nightshift most week nights, which i suppose would come in handy for any vampires around.... lol....

i first flew by this bar just before christmas and was greeted very kindly by your giles.... seems a nice sorta guy.....
meant to fly back in earlier, but as i said, i've been laid up....
