This is not about any views I have, and Homophobia certainly isn't one of them (because I've don't count one lesbian, one gay and a few bisexuals as mates at all do I, slanderous fool), it's about you trying your hardest to irritate people in public forums. If you want to talk about your sexuality there are plenty of places to do it both here and elsewhere. HPB's pointed out at least one place on h2g2 for you to look at. Keep it out of the Academy threads.

Some would say your mimicking of rather outmoded levels of camp was in itself homophobic, Asmodai. Not big, not clever. Just a bit disappointing.

Why should I curb my behavior when an ACE and a sub-editor are never even so much as slapped on the wrist? I've been flammed numerous times and you dont do anything. Psyc's postings are liberally scattered through-out H2G2, and as all the forums are public ill express my sexuality where I like and how I like.

Lets face it, you know full well what your doing, and you continue doing it because your getting away with it. The language you use is appauling (I tried to report some awhile back and I got a reply saying there was nothing wrong, go figure) and I'm not the only one to be unhappy about it.

I'm not at all interested in childish 'He started it' arguments. This applies to both of you. Although of the two comments in the thread you pointed me to, Asmodai, yours was by far the most unwarranted and offensive.

If you'd prefer, we could place both of you onto Premod and see which of you gets the most postings failed by the Mods in a given period of time.

If that's what you feel is necessary then go for it Jimster, I'm not disputing that I'm in the wrong for rising to this, and I certainly don't have a spotless record.

But that only works if people are on site, and if you remember last time i was flamed (which we discussed), psyc convientienly disappeared for awhile.

And in the thread, the comment was yikes 6 times by me to get it off the site because id been goaded into it, and later on I was being goaded further - psyc clear knowns hes flaming as he describes his posting regarding my uncles imprisonment as 'bait'

Not sure why you single out March - premod's for life, not just for Christmas...

Its sad because i've been flammed by a volunteer and the staff constantly do nothing about it. If psyc had been warned properly - for his language and flamming - then he probably would be on premod already.
Look through his postings. I'll admit I flame, but I've been flammed a hell of a lot and you've done nothing. Why should I take it and then not be expected to dish it back?

I'm actually off sick just now, Asmodai, so it's unlikely anything will happen until next week anyway as I'm not in the office, but whenever I see Psycorp misbehaving, it does seem as if he's been provoked by you into doing so. The very thread you alerted me to had a pretty obscene message there and it was unjustifiable. As Psycorp mentioned, we have had words about Psycorp's reactions off-site, and now I've come into this discussion in an attempt to bring this to a close.

As I said earlier, I don't know who threw the first punch, but so far we've made sure we've taken every single complaint on a case-by-case basis. As far as we're concerned, this flame war's gone on long enough, and it's going to take both sides to show a little maturity.

if you both seriously want to be placed on Premoderation, just so that each posting will be handled by the Moderators, then we can do this, if only to see if it has any impact on your contribution to this site and to give us a rest. We're paid to edit submissions to the site, not arbitrate over really childish flighting.

I dont use the account much more anyway, I'm building. Put me on premod, but I'd also ask that you put HPB on premod. Psyc and HPB work as a tag team (read the thread carefully) to flame me and they have become rather good at it

I don't know what you mean about this being about a blob - this is about Asmodai and Psyc. It'd really helpful if everyone else just stepped back and left them to sort this out. Otherwise 'the whole world will be blind and gummy'.

How long was in the on the site Jimster? How long? What ten, twenty thirty seconds before I yikesed it knowning I was in the wrong? Knowing I had broken the house rules I corrected myself.
