Potted History:
I'm a child of the middle 50s
School years the 60s primary school was Islip St, Kentish Town nodnoL, Bally well enjoyed it, we used to get school milk in those days until some so called thrifty housewife stopped it at a later date.
The PM at the time was going on about 'you've never had it so good' strange how you pick up on things as a child I thought he looked like 'Droopy' with a tash ... of course The Beatles,Stones,Who and so on.. I grew up on them
ERRRRRRR.... the 70s Tony Blackburn and Arnold on Radio 1 (....but what a WICKED Soul collection
Go Tony!!) and 'Tank Tops' sorry I cannot write anything good about the 70s thinking about those hideously stupid tops
...Oh I tell a lie they went out of fashion
I will get to the 80s and so on when I have swotted up my journals
But for now Toodle Pip!
