dude! i don't drive either for much the same reasons! just not worth the effort (yet at least). i used to play volleyball. i love volleyball. i keep trying to organize a sunday afternoon game with my friends, but no one ever comes. and this weekend i am going out of town and i'm afraid that everyone will show up and i'll miss all the fun! but yeah, once i quit volleyball it all went downhill for me. i am totally out of shape. i used to atribute it to my dog dying and the fact that i think all the world's problems can be solved via the stomach! up until last week i never even put the volleyball quitting and the out-of-shapedness together!

yeah, i'm still skinny too. at least that is what people tell me. but i am a girl and no girl thinks much about their bodies unless they are jennifer aniston, etc... actually just yesterday two girls said i was skinny and it came as quite a shock as i thought i was overweight for my build and such. i just don't know anymore. there are too many super skinny people out there to be jealous of and if i'm not careful, i may end up eating one of them!

YEA! that's awesome. i hope you have fun at home. (that is, when you go home and for your birthday! man, wish i could just go to london!)
hello there
Eóin Posted Oct 13, 2003
the london you would like to go too is abit different than the london i go to.
you would probably go for all the touristy stuff
where i go to the sh** hole parts of london the places no1 tells you about.
where i used to live is one of the only places in england that the tourist board recomend you dont visit

christy Posted Oct 13, 2003
haha, i'd go there just to damn the man! who needs people telling you where to go and such. i have a friend in newbury and he'd take me to some shit hole bar i am sure, if i ever get around to visiting him! i want to so badly. i want to be worldly, but as it is (me being american and all) i don't know that much about the world. don't even know that much about the us, but hey, i will try, gotta start somewhere.

i was thinking about doing my student teaching abroad, i wanted to go to africa, but my mom thinks it is too dangerous (like HIV is an airborne virus or something). but no, she is very protective and i love her.
hello there
Eóin Posted Oct 13, 2003
not sure that HIV is airborne there
i think its just an STD nut there is alot of it in certain places there

christy Posted Oct 13, 2003
yeah, bush is doing some peace corps thing to educate people about AIDS and such. i think it is mostly for africa. don't really know too much about it. didn't really want to devulge into the inner workings of the bush administration (though it was probably from a past administration and bush just signed the paperwork)!

Eóin Posted Oct 13, 2003
politics is something i have nothing to do with.
and whats with arnie and california
hello there
christy Posted Oct 13, 2003
yeah, tell me about it. though i heard that if he gets elected and doesn't turn things around in time for the presidential election, bush has less of a chance of getting re-elected. i would do anything to see that, even sacrifice california to a republican (who happens to actually be sort of a cool person--all about the kids and such). man, i wish there was no such thing as politics. i wish it wasn't so stupid at least.
