ok, i'll try not to pry. oh, hehe, i had this dream that i used a device to take me into a parallel dimension where the time was 45:05! very good stuff. so the next time someone asks you what time it is, say it's 45:05 and see if they think they are in a parallel dimension! that's what i'm going to do!

i wish i had something to take me somewhere but here
can you invent something for me
hello there
christy Posted Sep 28, 2003
only in my dreams (reminds me of weezer!). if i could though, i would (i'm just nice like that!). actually, i thought the device was a virtual tour guide until i asked what time it was. it was just a tread mill with a consul at the side and a tv that you could watch whilst on it. maybe it would work! who knows.

sweet! i've shocked myself a few times, very funny. ok, story time:
ok, so i'm at a skating rink and i had just gotten a beautiful amber necklace that i was wearing (i'm not into jewelry usually, but it was for my sister's wedding and i thought i should use it multiple times. so i had been skating for a while, waiting for my friend to get there, and i decided to call them to see what's up. i went to use the pay phone in the lobby and i picked it up, put it up to my ear and got this shock that went all the way through me. being the stupid person that i am, i thought it was just a one-time thing, like maybe the phone just had some extra energy or electrons or something. so i did it again and got the same result. i called my sister (as i went with her) over and told her what happened, so she tried it out but didn't get shocked. that was when i realized it was the necklace and told her to put it on. sure enough she felt what i was talking about! it was really funny at the time. it was one serious shock!
but hey man, don't go blowing yourself up. i think i'll leave the making of the machine to the professionals (my best friend is a mechanical engineering major! maybe she can build it.).

my shock was trying to fix a TV and i forgot to unplug it first.
my dads an electician so i thought it would run in the family so i had a try put my hand in the back of the tv and got a big shock luckly i wasnt earthed otherwise it would probly killed me.
so a got a nice few thousand volt shock..
the tv worked after though.
i dont try to fix them anymore after that.
the other time i was only about 7 and i put a knife into a toaster that hurt too

christy Posted Sep 29, 2003
actually, sorry WAS the first thing that came to my head. mostly sorry that i asked and brought it up. damn, was that me saying sorry, i am an avid apologizer, can't help it!!! i'm insane. um, then, (insert change of subject here)
hello there
Eóin Posted Sep 29, 2003

it was mainly at school when i went abit nuts..
my mum death is something what happened you just got to deal with it im not saying it dont hurt but theres no point feeling sorry for myself my whole life.

christy Posted Sep 29, 2003
that's a good outlook to have when it comes to death. you get extra notches in my book! i'm usually a long-time greiver (can't spell), takes me a long time to get past loss. anyways, i really didn't mean to bring up this subject (it kind of makes me feel sorry for myself and i'm not in the mood to right now). man, razer burn sucks!!!!!!! just a heads up! razer burn is hell!!!!

christy Posted Sep 29, 2003
little red bumps on my legs, result of shaving. i suck when it comes to shaving. don't know why. i don't even shave very often, maybe that's my problem. i guess it is a girly topic.
hello there
Eóin Posted Sep 29, 2003
shaving i see
its not just a girly thing
we have to shave everyday
and it rips the hell out of my face..
just never heard razor burn before
hello there
christy Posted Sep 29, 2003
i guess just the shaving the legs is a girly subject. unless you're a swimmer, then you shave it all! man, think of the razor burn for swimmers, damn! yeah, guess we're just trying to evolve away from our ancestorial hairiness! wish i didn't have leg hair. though there are treatments to remove said hair. it must be hell for guys. sometimes in the winter i go for long periods without shaving (oh, hope i'm not sharing too much info here!) and it hurts to wear socks. does it hurt for you?
hello there
Eóin Posted Sep 29, 2003
no socks dont hurt..
do you ever use wax strips on your legs.. when i was about 14/15 i let some girl put a wax strip on my leg and i tell you never never again..
feel sorry for you women with that
hello there
christy Posted Sep 29, 2003
nope, i've never waxed my legs, though i have thought about it. there are some out there that don't hurt as much. don't think i'll ever do it though, i'm not good with pain! last year i got two shots in the bum and if i wasn't in so much pain at the time i wouldn't have let them come near me with those needles, i am terrified of needles! (i tend to share too much info, stop me if i go too far. i like the erm smiley!)
