The Jan 2006 move was a pathetic apology of a move compared to this one smiley - winkeye It was just 25kms along the road, not international smiley - yikes

Mind you, I was clearly still managing to get stressed about it. Funny how the pain and anxiety erases itself from your brain... rather like childbirth. (Well smiley - weird not really, but you know what I mean.)

Blimey... time for another smiley - stiffdrink I think..... smiley - drool

There are lots of teas here, including Twinings English Tea smiley - smiley Just tell her to go into any supermarket and she'll find familiar brands smiley - ok

Thank's that is the hard part, getting her to go into a normal Supermarket, When in London she would rather go into Harrods and waste money on some stupid waste of time ,funny tasting tea bags , cause the package looked pretty/expensive but mostly both.
She did buy us some nice tasting Candid Lotus Seeds from Taiwan tho a couple of months back, I shouldn't knock her really ,just she has no idea smiley - sadface

She could go into any deli here and pay twice as much for the same brands as she'd find in the supermarkets, if she would prefer smiley - huh

Talked to the wife who talked to my sister in law who said , she will try to get some tea for us but she won't be going into any ordinary stores , wouldn't know which tea is which because she can't talk or read english, six years of schooling down the drain smiley - erm but she will try to get some at the shops at the airport.

I don't have to take her to the station now because her friend is getting a taxi and they can travel 45 min's to the station together, for the price of a taxi I could fill a suitcase with tea . smiley - cry

I've already lost three friends recently to the big C not counting my brother and it does make you wonder.

On a better note it won't be long now FB, you've done it before n so have I, pretty soon you will just go into transit mode and let it just happen around you before you know it you'll be all settled in and enjoying your new garden smiley - cheers

There is way more cancer around than ever before, AGM. My dad smiley - doctor believed it was because the other main causes of death are gradually being cured/prevented... so we're left with cancer, heart disease and another that I can't remember smiley - erm There is also the argument that environmental factors are causing cancers too, of course and I must say I suspect they may be influential.

But the bottom line is that we all die - somehow, sometime. Is cancer a worse way to go than the diseases of previous eras? I'm not sure.

As for the move... well, the removal men arrive between 9 and 10 tomorrow smiley - yikes so I'm on a frantic last minute clear up and am filling the bins furiously smiley - puff I also have customs forms to fill in and inventories to complete and print out.

Just as well I'm sleeping well again smiley - zzz
