Alex,
save money up? for what? if your on about getting 'Mr.Wiggly' chopped off, you'd be surprised what the NHS will pay for! i mean if some old dear wants a hip replacement she has to wait a couple of years! but the kind of op you want surprisingly is considered to be covered, (though it might depend on the area you live), where as if somebody had a facial disfigurement like for example a 'port wine stain' it has to be determined whether they can 'live with it' or it has phychological effects aswell, im no expert so dont take my word for it, personally i would of thought the kind of operation you want you should pay for yourself but its a funny world we live in, you have a pc now, use it, get all the information about it you can, you'd be surprised what you can find on there!
how will you get a job? lol Alex this country has laws, whether we agree with all of them or not, to protect employees, a potential employer cannot discriminate against you because your wearing a skirt or youve had the chop so long as you can do the job thats all that matters

Alex,
dont start with that again, heres last bit of advice then i dont want to hear another word about it cos you need to talk to professionals in the 'caring' proffession ok?
search engine ----> Google or Lukol
keyword ------> any old like 'trannys' for example im not especially clued up on pc's but i know the less you put in the less unrelated stuff it throws back at you, and see what comes up....erm
lmfao probably not the best phrase i could of used in the circumstances but you know what i mean

Alex,
who's running myself down? i told you i look great considering how old i am its your choice of words i find insulting, but now you come to mention it there is something wrong, theres daylight peering through a crack in the lid of my coffin and its creeping through and starting to burn my arm, oh i hope it rains soon, i must get the coffin lid fixed and the cellar curtains mended..keep putting it off i mean sewings so girly, here you dont want to put a stitch in my curtains do you? lol
