thought I'd drop by your space to say hi!
Yes I love food and cooking too. I agree about curries.
Just been reading the guardian weekend mag. and there was an item about langoustines, (I'm a seafood fan). I once had the most divine seafood meal in Calais of langoustines. Its hard to get decent ones here.
For a treat you can get a box of 6 from www.skye-seafood.co.uk for £18 which the mag says are so fresh they'll probably be alive when you open the box!
Generally with cooking I like to be a bit Jamie Oliverish about it, and throw suff in, herbs spices etc; ie enjoy it in a playful way. I grow veg and herbs in my garden as well.
Take care.

Hiya red,
Nice to have you drop by. Shall add you to my friend's list if that is ? Appreciate the note about Langoustines. Unfortunately I Seafood, but it doesn't seem to like to reciprocate. I have had a number of occasions where I have eaten it, and wished I hadn't so I usually leave it alone, to be on the safe side. I will generally eat anything, although I tend to do hob-top cooking rather than oven- cooking. Too impatient, although I my slow-cooker. It was second-hand 20 years ago, bought for £10:00 and still going strong. I don't think it owes me anything now. Maybe I should replace it, only I'm still attached to it!
Anyway, better get back to those 'Loverly' customers. Do drop by again.
