Hope you don't mind me dropping by, but I thought I should let you know, regretably, I won't be able to attend the meet afterall
It's not been looking hopeful for sometime, but I was hanging on just incase a possibility presented itself.
Sorry for any inconvenience caused with regard to the Kew tickets, but I thought I should give you a chance to give my place to someone else.
Hopefully I'll make it to the next one.
I'm sure all you guys will have fun on the day, sounds like it's going to be a hoot!

you can't make it, and I know I won't be the only one to miss you. No probs about the ticket, as I have plenty, just a shame you'll miss what could be a really good meet. Hope to meet you in the Summer. Have a good festive season.

Thanks for your kind words, and yes, I hope to make the Summer meet for sure, things are bound to have improved by then
