Steady as She goes...
Posted Jul 4, 2006
So. It's been over a year since the last time I promised I would try to make frequent appearances. Ah well, what can I say, I never was one for commitment. However, much to my suprise, i do keep returning!
A lot has changed since my last entry; however everyhting is still the same... I'm still in college, I still am relatively happy, and here's the most impressive bit, I'm still female. Yay me!
Anyway, how is everyone and anyone?

Hi there, lampie here!
Does anyone still read this?
If so, recommend books to me, please!
(I am at my parents for the summer and going the teeniest bit stir-crazy...)

"laura" (Johnny Mercer)

Laura is the face in the misty lights
Footsteps that you hear down the hall
The laugh that floats on a summer night
That you can never quite recall
And you see Laura on the train that is passing through
Those eyes how familiar they seem
She gave your very first kiss to you
That was Laura but she's only a dream
And you see Laura on the train that is passing through

She gave your very first kiss to you
That was Laura but she's only a dream
