Did you say you lived near a golf course ???

The only reason I ask is I am collecting Course planners and ball markers .... if you were ever in a position to pop in and pick me one of each up from your local club I would be happy to pay for them .... Not a necessity ... would just be nice if you had a chance ...

It's just across the road Chris,the golf course,so,do I just walk in and ask for a course planner then ? Would they know I wasn't talking rubbish ?? hahahahhahaha Of course I'll get it or them or that for you,no problem xxxxxxx

You would need to go into the pro shop and yes they should know ... a course planner is a little booklet which details each hole on the course ... distance etc ... usually about £2.50 . The ball marker is about the size of a penny that you use to mark your ball on the putting green until it is your turn to play (Usually has the club name on it).
I have a chart at home of all the clubs across the uk .... would be great if I could get something from each of them ...... mind you there are thousands .... and I havent even scratched the surface yet ....

I think you would be quite shocked if you knew how many clubs were probably dotted around your area ...

Karen and I played a little 9 hole course in stevenage when I last went up .... she is quite hooked at the moment ..
