What's this? I can't edit my journal entry? Well, I have some more things to add to the list like Pedro Grande and the waterfall, but I forgot the name. Hmmmm... maybe I'm going to have to organize my thoughts a bit more before I write them down to something so permanent.

Why can't you get real fish and chips anywhere else in the world except England? Do I have to import that cooking equipment to get the real thing or what? All these places that claim they have British fish&chips and fail miserably.
I need a beer, or maybe a cider.
