Hey all, fellow researcher here looking to sort out the thoughts in my head. I can only discribe myself as a philosopher constantly asking questions of the world around me. Right now I am in univirsity trying to figure out just what I want to become, but I'm a little lost. There is much I could write entries on but something is holding me back. Wether it be that I'm too busy or just don't feel like i could write it quite well enough. I've been here for about a year now and am constantly reading all the articles that are offered here. Some of which have been very useful.
As for what I'm interested in, I am very much interested in the world at large. About anything to do with everything, haha. I love learning about cultures and traditions around the world, as well as beliefs, values and morals. Even the strange things about cultures. For instance: right now I'm in Brazil for a month and here they don't put toilet paper down the toilet. Instead they put it in the rubbish bin (garbage can) by the toilet. Also, the hotdogs here are something to be disired as like the American counterpart has a bun and a weiner, but along with this they add another weiner, mash potato, lots of mayonaise, corn, tomatoes, creamy cheese called catupiry, crisps (chips), bacon. This thing is huge, and the amount of mayonaise they put on this thing is enough to make you sick just looking at it. Back to my interests, I love science and geography, mainly physics and all its inner workings, but i love learning about everything. Geography is what I'm really in school for, but I also take geology which is a lot of fun.
I was born in England and live in Canada spending 4 years in various states in the U.S.A. I love my friends and family, and don't have anyone I don't like. I'm often way to trusting of people believing that the world is a good place and that everywhere there are nice people who will help you (so far this is true, even here in Brazil). Well, I'm going to have to write a few entries I guess, and write a few notes in my jorunal. Tchau for now.
