My niece has been taken into hospital and is in isolation now.

She has a blood disorder

Please can people join me in saying a little prayer to help her?

My niece became worse during the night....the morphine is now in drip form and has been increased.

Good news!!!!!!!

She's out of danger!!!!!!!

She is still in a side ward in case of cross infection, but the talk is of going home soon!!!!

Oh, that is good news!

It sounded so bleak yesterday - but our God is so good!

It did look bleak yesterday - I have to admit to that....



....I contacted my old Vicar last night to chat to him...haven't seen him since he blessed my mum and step-dads wedding....about 15 years ago!

It was good to talk to him, and he remembered me!

I used to sing in the choir and then became a server until they closed the church down

Oh that's so sad that your church was closed down.

Over here, churches sometimes disband of their own accord... at least the more independant ones. I suppose some smaller churches with dwindling congregations do get closed if they're part of a much larger organization, though.

It was part of a diociese.....not enough people attending the church to keep it running....shame though, it wasn't old, but it did have lovely stained glass windows, and when we did choir practice on a Wednesday at 6.00pm, the sun would come through the side of the church and really dazzle you with different colours.
