Fellow believer like me i think..just followed your link to Soul Survivor..I've never been. Have you? Bit of a Matt Redman fan, not that i've listened to anything that recently.

nah I've not been but I've been to Greenbelt a similar event. You will find an entry on Greenbelt (not yet edited) on my PS.

Greenbelt has been around for years hasn't it? Do you attend a church regularly? What type? I belong to an Evangelical , v small but lovely.

During University I became interested in Trinity, but the only church near me is traditional and theres only so many times I feel I can sing morning has broken. Dont get me wrong they are songs, but the atmosphere you witness during a service at Trinity is so much more impacting, warm and loving. I've been in tears many a times in church (when I've been that is). I don't know why maybe its a release from the stresses and strains of life. The last time I was in church was last saturday when my h2g2 friend Unc got married to another h2g2er friend PSG I fell about when my bf told me off for praying with my hands open and then started laughing when I heard his v bad singing. I sure confused him. Also I believe heavily in what the vicar said about love and could apply it to my bf and I. Unc gave me her bouquet at the end of the ceremony, do you reckon thats allowed? will I be next to marry? Sorry I'm waffling

Have you thought about going on an Alpha course? Tey have a website. Wherewere you at Uni? By Trinity do you meann Holy Trinity Brompton?

Yep done an alpha course and I went to Gloucestershire

THere must be a church near you which is a bit livelier than the one you describe. do a google for Alpha courses and check out thos eones.

I don't drive and have a poor bus service so cant get to them and return home safely.
