You are as old as you feel B'El. No doubt someone (male) will come up with the alternative!!
Ashtray!!! I've never heard that description before. That's cruel!! I have been thinking of having mine coloured as it is 'going' somewhat, but I shall lighten rather than darken, as it looks harsh on me now. I used to go a different shade every month many years ago!!
Take care,

Don't worry about looking your age, B'El - I'd love to look my age. When I don't have a beard I still get asked for proof of age to buy alcohol. It's been almost 12 years since I could partake of looney soup illegally.
Some day I *will* look my age, though. And then I'll think about acting my age.

Better a hairy Bel than a bald Bel, pheloxi.
KB, the times when I still wanted to look older or only just my age have long since passed. You'll get there eventually yourself.

hairy Bel could lead to monkey Bel...

Of course you could become a rabbid islamist and dress from head to to in black - that should solve the problem (and a fortune on cosmetics)!!

Magwitch - My name is Mags and I am funky. Posted Aug 2, 2008
Although I don't dye my hair very much these days (allergies) I do have a specific towel
Have they changed the formula in the hair-dye, Bel?

Having seen what 'hair dye' does to the recepticles and tools that hairdressers use (yes I do know what I am talking about - Fatima are wun) I wouldn't put the stuff on anything, let alone anyONE.

Webboe, I've been told that you should choose a lighter colour when getting older. I have yet to try that, I'm not really in favour of blonde streaks or something.
Mags, no, I don't think the formula has changed. And I have a specific , it's just that I never seem to be able to find it when I need it.
PBS and KB, from what I've gathered, my smile is the only nice thing about me, sp wearing a burqa wouldn't really be an option.

I'm sure there's plenty nice about you, Bel - except the friends who tell you otherwise
I think I've been losing more hair than usual lately, but it's hard to tell.

Badger llok - I could probably deal with that, but it looked most odd the way it was.
Mala, from what I know, hairloss is often related to something that happened two months ago. I am too old to remember what that could have been, though.
Key: Complain about this post
