I've lost another kg, but I'm starting to get used to not eating again.

I managed to go a fast for 6 days ... after the first few days the stomach shrinks and I only had a thin soup once a day.

After the 6 days I could resist anymore and made myself a bacon sandwich - totally the wrong things to do after fasting, but it was sooooooooooo tasty. I think the Bacon Sandwich thing, with Brown Sauce is an English thing, Bel!!

Actually, I didn't intend to fast, and I have managed to eat a bit every day. I've increased the fat intake, because if I lose too much weight now, and then go back to eating normally, the lost kg will double in no time (you've probably all heard of the jo-jo-effect) - and that's not really something I would approve of.

I hear that. I wouldn't approve, either, if it were me.

Are you still waiting for a dental appointment (I thought you said that you were waiting for them to make a crown but can't find the posting where you explained it)? Poor you.

I'm so lala, could be much worse. I mean, I could have real problems, like so many people have, couldn't I? I guiess I really should stop complaining about my minor discomforts.
