Now it's official: I've volunteered for a job with <./>ThePost</.> a while ago, and on Monday, I got an invitation.
Together with my hooto sister lil (who is the other new volunteer on board), I'll help with the editing of submissions.

As with the scouts, we were thrown in at the deep end and started right away, after we had got the necessary instructions.

I was somewhat excited about it all, and I have to admit, I was a bit tense, too, after all, I didn't want to mess the whole up.

This resulted in two very busy days and three nights where I hardly slept, and when I slept, I had nightmares about what I had done wrong.

Yes, I know it's silly, but I didn't choose those dreams.

But the ordeal is over now, so I could get some proper sleep again, if it wasn't for my left shoulder blade aching so much.

Naughty . They'll be the death of us, those creatures.
