I can't get scrabble to load properly. It's frustrating.

I've tried this morning, and again this evening, and I had shut down my PC in between, so I don't think it is that. I get the board, but not the bottom of the board

i get that now and again

dust off and nuke it from orbit

its the only way to be sure
