Possibly more than most for RttFP: on the last occasion I got to speak to some of those involved, the performers needed to be able to play two intruments to concert standard even to get an audition...

I'll be at home with the parents as per usual, visiting my sister & the kids on Boxing Day. There are plans afoot to meet up with an on-line friend before she heads off to Australia, so a reasonably good time is in prospect.

Not much to tell: there's a bunch of us that post to a message board, constituting an informal virtual community. We had a meet-up in Stratford last year: it's quite odd putting faces to people you only know though their words.

Just to let you know I've just arrived in London to get my Christmas and birthday present from my son and daughter-in-law.
Chris and I are off to New York tomorrow! He's taking me for a five day trip! Soooo excited I can't speak!
