h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Hmm, another lazy week, but it is summer holidays. I have done very little outside of working and caring for the menagerie. I am rereading some of my favorite books and am working on line drawings to send out. I have been staying up till obscenely late hours of the night and plugging away at my orchids. I just spent two hours laughing myself silly while doing tongue exercises. I am really good at double tonguing, but it sounds messy so I don’t do it often. I am always having to practice single tonguing 32nd notes at high speeds. Nothing new, except that I have found a frosting recipe that kicks some royal butt. Oh, man, is it ever good.

Double tonguing sounds messy, so don't be envious. I walked around the house saying ditditditditditditditdodododododododododotdotdotdotdotdadadadadadadadadadadatdatdatdat until my tongue wanted to die.

I can almost see myself doing it. Problem is I'd have had to wander a round with a reed in my mouth and probably managed to break it.

I don't do it with reeds in my mouth because tongue splinters are not an appealing thing. Don't you make your own reeds?

I definitely prefer to be cold. Georgia is hot. I hate it. New York was cold when I was there. I loved it. I guess that's enough justification. That and I love sweaters and hate shorts.

Stacy would choose an oak because of the soothing vowel combination that is "oa". She would choose it also for its simplicity and three-letter-ness, and over the pine because pine sap is nasty.

I like purple. AAGH! Sherman was sooooo good at senior pictures today! I think we got some really cute ones. The guy took probably fifty pictures, and Sherman behaved beautifully. Mama's baby, mama's baby, mama's baby... Show still suckin'?

actually, show not sucking! i talked to super hot guy number one, and found out he's brilliant. man. le sigh. if only he weren't twenty-something and girlfriended. *laughs* brilliant, seriously. siiiigh. also, i've gotten a chunk of houser's summer crap done, so i'm feeling like my down time at rehearsal is being put to good use. yay!

Yay! Hot guys make everything wonderful again, don't they? Brilliance is hot, and he can sing, no? *sigh* I really don't envy you all the House next year, but... I'll be being lazy at a secondary school. Muahahahaha, I'll only have to go to school four days a week, and on Friday mornings for PE.

Has to be hot. Infact, the hotter the better (come out in a terible rash if it's cold!)
