Oh, but dandelions are so charming. You can't kill them and they make FABULOUS wine. Hmmmmm, mmmmm, mmmm.
Daisies stink, too, but I do love clover. I not going to have grass when I get my own house, I'm going to have a field of red clover.

Personally my favorite pant is a red iron bark. Its big, red, has nice leaves, wood is the second best in the world, and it doesn't float. My kind of tree. Also has really nice flowers.

Ah, but it's dangerous to run barefoot on red clover. They attract such a huge amount of bees, you might accidentally step on one...

MY little brother did that a good few years ago. I've never heard a howl like it LOL!
I just sat there on the swing laughing whilst he hopped around in agony.
I'm a nice big sister aren't I?

It's horrid. Nothing stings as much as a proper bee sting. I remember when we moved the cubes, and a worker attacked me... It went straight for my lovely throat... I don't think I've ever screamed louder...

If there's a bee or wasp in the house I'm in the room furthest away from it with the door firmly shut.
I once had a suicidal guineapig, he'd would chase wasps around the garden then catch and decapitate them with a bite to the head...then he'd sit there squeaking about his exploits until he was picked up and fussed as a reward for his bravery/stupidity/suicidal tendecies...Strange creature.

I've got no problem with the creatures, but they do sting when provoked...
My dog does that occasionally.

We have a dog that HATES bumblebees. You can come up behind him and start buzzing and he'll start snapping trying to catch them.
Yes, the red clover does pose that problem. When we lived in Germany the bees were giant. I got stung in our yard when the fruit trees were in bloom and my hand swelled up really big. I don't mind the critters and find them fascinating. I wouldn't SQUEEZE them to death!!! Øyvind!

Mr. Carrot Posted Mar 18, 2004
Hehe...
You still haven't had them in your hair, though...
I wish I had large teeth.
Tacysa Posted Mar 18, 2004
I wouldn't squeeze them! Aggh, just thinking about it makes me squirm.
I wish I had large teeth.
Mr. Carrot Posted Mar 18, 2004
You haven't tried yet. A lot of things happen when you're desparate...
I wish I had large teeth.
Tacysa Posted Mar 18, 2004
Not squeezing bees. I just couldn't do it. I'd rather let the nasties sting me than squeeze them to death.
I wish I had large teeth.
Mr. Carrot Posted Mar 18, 2004
I would still say that you might want someone to do it, if the option is to have them sting you.
I wish I had large teeth.
Tacysa Posted Mar 18, 2004
Ugh, never. It makes me nauseous to think of their innards being squeeeeeeeeeeeeeezed out. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!
I wish I had large teeth.
darakat - Now with pockets! Posted Mar 18, 2004
Well for some reason I like insects. Not arachnids though.
I wish I had large teeth.
darakat - Now with pockets! Posted Mar 18, 2004
When your home country have the 10 most poisonous creatures in the world and 8 of those are spiders you learn respect for arachnids. As for lobsters... well I eat them if I get a chance.
I wish I had large teeth.
Tacysa Posted Mar 19, 2004
But you don't find them interesting? I like lobster but I love crawdads. Pop the heads and suck out the fat. Mmmmm, mmmm.
