You could blame it on your sex, or not, I don't plan to make any comment on wether your gender means you have to tell someone.

We're not 'involved' so the entire thing is being kept quiet. Besides, I only told *three* people who I know know better than to blab as did he. If people knew more than what they already suspect, I would be the victim of an assassination, and we would both be swarmed by evil people wanting to dissect everything we're involved in. Add to that fact that both of our mothers are obsessed with marrying us off as soon as possible. Yup, it will stay quiet until I am gone next year and he takes the brunt of the cooing burden.

All I say to that is that I do the same thing with any girl i am ever intresed in. I never ever tell my mother about her until were been together for about 6 months or so, so far this has happened twice.

Well, once again, here enters the problem of the imprecision of the norwegian language... We only have one word, denoting both flat and round-bladed garden tools, hence the misunderstanding...
