25p for a small cup and 40 for a large cup.
I have an artificial right knee and I am waiting to go in for an operation on the left. For sevral years I wore a metal brace on the leg to heklp me walk. I cannot walk too far and stairs are a challenge.

I am sorry to hear that, next time i will keep my mouth shut
Trust me to say that anyway.
I hope that it all goes well with the operation.
I have a metal plate in my thumb, cos i broke it when i had a bad seizure one time over my pouffee.

There is nothing to be sorry for, you were not to know, were you? It's nothing to worry about. I use the lifts, good excuse for being lazy and using lifts. Also I get the disabled parking spaces, which are close to the shops. So it is no real problem. Don't worry about it.
I get out and about. There are worse off people than myself. My friend has very nasty fits due to a blood clot in his brain. So I think I'm better off than him. A lady I know has to use a wheel chair, so I feel I'm better off than her. The knees have ceased to be a problem for me. I adapt. We all do.

I have an aunt that is in a wheel chair, cos she has very bad deep vein thrombosis.
I also have a nepher that goes in a wheel chair too, cos he can't walk ver far.
His name is Jonathan and he takes convulsions, and when he has one he has to be admitted in hospital straight away.
My brother John has got a disability car, and he gets it changed every 3 years.
Well it's a normal car but with a disabled sticker, for him to get into disability spaces.
So i know what you mean, about other's being worse off than ourselves.
I will be going shortly, so i will say good nd night to you now.
I will see you in the word threads for another 15 mins, cos i am starting to get t tired
You have a nice evening and i hope you have a peaceful sleep when you get home.
So take care

There was a book entitle Midnight Is A Lonely Place. If you work a night shift, you'd know what it means. It's like you're the only one in the building.

I see what you mean, cos our Alan use to work nights.
With him being a security guard, he used to do it every night just like you.
Anyway this time i am going
So i will say again have a good sleep when you get home.
Nighty night.
Take care.

Hi Nats
I've had the same trouble myself, this is the third time I've tried. Although I am around today, may not always be able to chat as I'm a bit busy covering Bush's visit.
Hope everything's ok
Tony

Sod the lot of them, I'm taking five minutes with a sarnie. Thing is I finish at 18:00, and the place will be crawling with bodyguards, cops and God knows who else next. It's gonna take me bl***y ages to get out of here and get hom.
MMMM!!! Ham & mustard.....
Cole & I went for a meal last night. We went to this Greek Restaurant. They said no table, come back in half an hour. We took a stroll, found this utterly fantastic fish and chip shop and sat in there and had fish and chips instead. It was very good.

Well you have just made me laugh, despite my aches and pains.
YUCK i don't like mustard, but i like picalilli (i think that's how you spell it lol)
I guess you like fish and chips then
I prefer chinese oh aswell as indian, mind you i like anything really.
I would love to be there to see all the men in uniform, wow that would make my my day lol
I bet you can't get home quick enough then, and climb into bed with a cuppa.

Ah, so you have a thing about men in uniforms do you? MMM!!!
Yes it was a good evening. No I will not have a cuppa when I go to bed as I find tea keeps me awake.
We have a found a local Chinese restaurant which , if you go in between 17:00 and 19:00 you can get a meal for £6.90 each and eat as much as you want. This is week days only. So that is the next outing on our list.
