Things in the south of Aus are good... getting cold, due to the incipent winter, but we need the rain (or so I've been told!)

Haven't had much of an opportunity to take a good look around yet, but I am sure I will fit right in

Some relatives of mine actually live in the east of Australia and therefore I've visited the place its quite nice Have you been to the great barrier reef?

Regretfully not... I live in Vic, and have rarely been out of the state...

I wish to see it someday, but one must have at least some money to do such things... Still trying to decide if I want to see my country first, or head over seas... I really want to go to Europe (well, mainly UK and Ireland...)

What is it that you are interested in about Ireland and the UK?

Well, the scenerey, the history, and the fact that I don't need to speak a language other than my own (all that rules out most of the rest of Europe...)

That, and I love girls with an Irish accent, and long red hair... Stereotypical, I know, but I can't help but get the feeling at least one of those 2 is likely to be more likely in Ireland...

I agree with the scenery, history and other aspects you mentioned.

However, the irish lasses! I don't know lol Mind you I do like the Irish lads some are quite sweet and although he's much to old for me I do like the guy in the TV programmes My Hero and Father Ted he's got a gorgeous voice and makes me laugh. Sorry you may not know who i'm talking about if you haven't seen the programmes.

I think I do know who your talking about (vaguely) I saw a few episodes of My Hero (discovered it when there were 3 more of the season... have to wait for repeats...)

I also like the Gryffindor captain of the quidditch team in Harry Potter he is gorgeous oh yes and Whitehouse out of Harry Enfield and chums for some reason.

If it is not being too presumptious, can I ask where you are from? Also, some little things such as age, gender and what you are doing with your life would be nice...

As I have said, I am from Australia, but more specifically from Melbourne. I am 23, Male (thus the Irish Lasses (although I concede one does not necassarily follow one from the other))and have myself a job in an office, doing basic paper pushing duties...

I'm a 19 year old English lass who attends university

Where I am studying Media Communications and English but you may have known that from visiting my space

So thats basically me summed up for now ok got to go have uni work to do before I pack my bags for summer and leave uni till next academic year hopefully

I used to go out with a 19 year old English Lass (Broken)... (well, she was 19 for all of 2 weeks after we got together...)(Well (also) she was born in England, and moved to Aus when a few months old... However her accent (how could she have an accent?) really came out when she was drunk and singing... (something that happened a fair bit...))

Yes it must be weird as your summer is our winter and vice versa. Its odd when I hear my relatives say they celebrate Christmas on the beach with a barbe

That depends... I am posting this at 11:21 on the morning of 28/5/03... wel'll see what day it is when you get it...

I am receiving this on the 29th but then again it may have been the 27th or 28th when i received it cos I haven't been online for some time

Well, these things happen...

It says you responed "yesterday" (for me that would have been friday the 30th) which was in response to my post on the 28th which was 3 days ago (both what it says, and what I kinda worked it out to be... 28-29 1 day 29-30 2 days 30-31 3 days (today is the 31st))

You said you got it on the 29th, but responded yesterday which was the 30th...

So what for me is friday the 30th, is for you still thursday the 29th, so you are behind me... (rougly 10 hours or so (I just got smart and realised that my timezone is GMT + 10) so, figuring that both you and Greenwich (I think that is how you spell it...) are in England, that makes it roughly 10 hours diference...) which would make it about 5 o'clock on the morning of saturday the 31st where you are, and 3 o'clock in the afternoon of that same day down here...

I think I understand what the hell I am going on about...

Ok so the time is different depending on where you live in this world and there are other similarities and differences between countries

So what you been up to lately? I'm still at uni trying to finish everything off and barely succeeding
