I've just finished subbing your entry on 'The Hand of Glory' and the result can be seen here:

(Just to explain one decision: I've gone with 'hand' where you're describing the preparation and switched to 'Hand' when you're describing the finished article - that seemed to make sense).

I agree with using the lowercase "hand." Acctually I changed all of the wors to uppercase after someone in peer review suggested that it might avoid confusion (why i don't know.) So really that's the way I had it orrigionally!
