Queenie, It's always a visual delight to see your postings. One of these days I'll have to print out a list of thingymabobs.

Resolutions can be powerful motivators for change, especially when you set them in writing and share them with family and peers; so, no, I don't tend to do resolutions. Change scares me.

Actually, I have a pretty normally poor track record for keeping them, and dislike the hit to the ol' self-esteem that comes from setting oneself up for failure.

Still, that's not to say that I don't have my goals. I just try not to pressure myself too much. There are plenty of others who do that for me.

I get your point about New Year resolutions, 'spose it'd be better to have goals all year round, rather than just at this time. People, me included, always end up breaking them anyhoo. I really must get that Water Vole entry finished soon though, otherwise the Vincent Wildlife Trust will think I was fibbing about doing it.

I wish I could be more like you , and not put myself under so much pressure. As you say, there's plenty of others to do that

I really could do with improving my GuideML too though, as I've just been pulling my locks out, trying to post an e-mail address on my space. I got there eventually, thankfully. Just hope it works
