Introducing myself
I'm intending to fill this space with all sorts of pages detailing the things that interest me, but I haven't finished anything yet so this is all that's available at the time being. I hope shortly to be able to provide you all with much entertaining and useful information about such fascinating topics as the part of Poland that I live in and the books that I like to read. As yet, however, it's all just notes scribbled over past days of the Oxford University Press diary that one of my employers gave me this year. I'm not a real internet person, this being my first attempt to participate in an online community despite nearly a decade of intermittent browsing, so it may take me a while to get this up and running. Till then, wish me luck. The original Hitchhiker's Guide has been a permanent part of my consciousness for more than half my life, so it's a real joy to be able to assist in bringing the Earth edition to life.

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
