Me
I am not a student. I am what happens when you stop being a student and get a career. And god it's dull. Just don't get a job - just sit around for a while. Think about things. Read great books. Watch a whole load of TV. Put off the terrible day as long as you can because once you start work, you can't stop. You are sucked into an evil world where you buy stuff to make yourself feel better - then you have to keep working to pay for the stuff you buy to make yourself feel better. And you can't get out of it. Ever. This is you till 60. If you don't start till you're 50, how great that would be ! Only 10 years to go. Of course your pension will be peanuts but you won't care because you had a great time for 30 years and you didn't need money to enjoy yourself anyway (well, apart from to pay for the Buffy videos, the Terry Pratchett books etc.) Its too late for me, but it might not be for you. So keep away from that careers adviser.

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
