The Catflap at No 42
Winner of the 'Fluffiest Tail' in Little Puddlington's annual village fair for four consecutive years, a smallish 
is sitting on an old green velvet cushion.
She is a medium haired with spotted ginger tabby markings on her back and face with white sides, tummy, legs and paws. Her eyes are deep amber and ready to give a loving look to anyone who stops to give her a stroke. Over her left eye is a white patch and a deeper ginger one over her right.
Don't be fooled by her sweet face and gentle nature, for she can be determined and brave when the situation demands it. Generally though she is more than happy to curl up on your lap or in a patch of sunshine for a 
.
In recognition of her bravery, as an antidote to her undetermined breed and in honour of the maker of fine marmalade she has been bestowed with the glorious name of Lady Augusta Tiptree, Gussie for short.
