It's just that it needs to be a fairly long post and I just haven't had th energy for the last week or so.

I'm feeling really guilty 'cos there are loads of emails sitting in my inbox waiting to be answered and even messages people have lefdt on my phone

Thanks for the post, WOW!!, you sound a bit 'chippa', great, you had me worried for a while, (by the way - don't reveal too much, it IS the BEEB you know).

I'm sure your cache of e-mails will be people just like me, a bit concerned, a quick read and a short reply sent out 'en-block' should do the trick (I'm sure you know how to do that). Even in this rotten world people do care you know, you should be glowing with all the vibes.

I've now graduated to an exercise bike and I'm an overweight old guy, go for it Gal.
