"I wonder how much communication is there with the other site-hosts.
As well as I wonder what is the use of posting to members of the other sites who already have been informed about the pending closure 
. I bet I am going to get a dozen messages like with the email service. Most of my Personal Spaces are on HooToo and all of them have GuideML . . .

Hello there,
There are only about 20-odd Personal Pages on WW2 that are causing problems in the archiving project, and we thought it would be most efficient to post messages to those individual users.
As I said in the message, you do not have to take any action if you don't want your Personal Page included in the WW2 People's War archive. The text will be replaced with the default 'this user did not leave any personal information'.
This will not affect your h2g2 page in any way - the archive will be a stand-alone, non DNA site.
