of course they scare me. it's the voices i think!

Ah, well in all their time on screen, not sure there's ever been a mute Dalek... each one of them's eager to add their bit!

I wonder how you'd fair with the Dalek audios available, nothing visual, all centered around the voice...

Sure you won't give them a try? It's very popular; three series, the third featuring David Tennant in a prominent role!

I mean i'm a fan of david tennent and all but daleks...

Well there's a Cyberman series available but Tennant's not involved, though there are a few Doctor Who audio dramas; Colditz, Sympathy for the Devil, Exile, UNIT's The Wasting.

I've never really got into the audios, though i am a fan of the books.

As Nice Dalek pointed out Timelash is an anagram of... how interesting!

I guess I should be more sympathetic about Colin Baker... his are the first stories I clearly remember (although I regard Peter Davison as 'my' Doctor, because he's the first Doctor I remember watching) but I just can't do it.

In other news the DVD release of Genesis of the Daleks is perfectly timed for my birthday!

I like Colin. Okay he got some crap writers, but give him a good story and he's excellent. Big Finish have done him proud.

I still haven't got into the audios... I keep meaning to but there's nowhere near me that sells them, and if I order direct from Big Finish I'd probably buy far more than I can afford!

They are worth it. Although listening to Davison ones is odd- he sounds like he's on 60 B&H a day.
