I do. Even with the sound off, or through closed windows. They tend to move their mouths funny and wave their arms about.

I've found that my father, who is hard of hearing, has a better chance of "hearing" what I say when he can see my lips,moving.

Rewriting is a bad idea. A hundred years ago Oscar Wilde's name was painted out of his school's Roll of Honour; he was their highest achieving scholar but had later been sent to jail. Seemed like a good idea at the time, but they've had to paint it back in.

It wouldn't surprise me if, of all the people who graduated that year, Wilde was the one most remembered by posterity.
Puritan stock could be an ingredient in early American soupmaking.
