Hyperlinks within the Edited Guide

Hello KJ,
Tugging on your kilt again, gently.
(1.) Is it permissible to add hyperlinks to non-h2g2 Websites at the end of one's Entry. Specifically, I would like to add a link to my own Site for any reader that might be interested in a broader treatment of the material in my article.
(2.) I observed that the Guide often lists both the edited and non-edited versions of Entries. Who removes the non-edited version in those cases where it is missing, and how can I ensure that both versions of my Entry remain in the Guide should I be fortunate enough to have my Entry edited? Thanks.

PF,
Linking is easy, use it the same way you would for a guide entry <LINK blah blah with the full URL etc.
When you get an entry edited, your copy will remain out on the guide, what happens is that they take a copy of the entry and pass that on to the subs. For example, My entry on Hearts football club, My origional entry is there that I have full editorial access and control over, but the one that appears in the edited guide is a completely seperate document with me credited on it, but the Italics are the only ones who can edit it.
Hope that answers your questions
KJ

Once again, KJ:
Just a minor clarification needed.
Re the Edited Guide: Is one (or even several) hyperlinks to an outside Website allowed, or will it be edited out? I understand that links used within the text of an article will have a close and immeadiate bearing on what is being said, especially when serving as references, so they will be welcome.
I'm less certain about a link, or links, added at the end of an article to promote my own or another's Website which is more or less thematically related to the Entry in question, but not necessarily serving as a reference or attribution.

That's a tricky one. If they are thematically linked then perhaps suggest for further reading visit the websites. If they are deemed unsuitable they will be taken out during the subbing process anyway.
Have you got a sub for your article yet?

Thanks KJ
All questions answerd.
My article was subbed by Apprentice. He notified me that he was finished and had sent it up to the next level for 'polishing'.
