Subbing Bologna Sandwiches

Hello! I've just finished subbing your Entry which can be found here:
A13482443
I was disappointed to find that a free sandwich wasn't attached to it - purely for research purposes, you understand - but, since it would have gone stale in the extraordinarily long and unreasonable amount of time it's taken me to iron out some very minor glitches in the Entry, I suppose I can't complain
The ironing was mainly of the odd Americanism, which felt wrong with this one, but ... well, they make us do that. The one you might want to argue with me about is 'deli case', which I've changed to, simply, 'delicatessen'. I didn't know the term - I do now, because I looked it up - but it's not used over here, so ...

Thanks Trin!
I see what you mean about 'delicatessen'. Here's my dilemma -
In the US, these types of meats (among other things) are available at almost every grocery at a deli counter, where customers can order items custom cut. To me a delicatessen is an eatery where you can place an order for a sandwich.
Although British and American dictionaries give similar definitions for 'delicatessen', the way it's worded in the entry makes it sound like one would have to go to a genuine delicatessen to purchase fresh cut meats. While it's true one could do that, supermarkets are more prevalent, easier to find, and the majority of them include a deli counter.
How about: 'Every delicatessen or grocer's deli counter should have...'? Or does that sound redundant?

Thanks! Would you just be happier with 'every deli counter'? Because that's fine (it was 'case' that was worrying me) and it sounds more in keeping with the rest.

Good-oh - off it goes then *click*
Apologies for the hassle - the Subs are being told not to take too long with the consulting ... which seems a bit daft to me, but there you go. I mean, if it's worth getting right ... right?

I can't imagine why, either. They have a reasonable queue for the front page, there shouldn't be a push for entries.
Oh well, thanks again!
