Hello,
I'm here and hoping not to be too busy tonight so we can chat 
. If I don't answer for a while I'm probably seeing a patient so bear with me. I was lurking ealier as I was busy but intended to get in touch with you. How are you doing? I can never remember the time difference, have you just finished work. It is 02:15 here and I've just had my lunch break.

Where've you gone? I've only got another 2 1/2 hours at work so catch me while you can. That said I must go for a

Maybe with all the hard work you've fallen asleep. Hope you wake feeling refreshed. I may be able to chat more often soon as my beloved is setting up a computer for the children and I to use at home. I'll catch you next Monday
