Ok, maybe not really properly mine, but mine from now until July! And I only have to share it with two of my bestest friends 
It's a nice terrace house only 10 mins walk from uni, down a nice quiet street but near lots of shops. It's got lots of weeds outside but mum's itching to do the weeding so that's all good!
I move in on the 12th and I can't wait!

Now why can't my parents be itching to do the weeding? I wouldn't have to do it then
