Hi Cyzaki!
Your Formula One entry has just landed on my desk for subbing. On the whole, I like it very much, but the one thing I'm not particularly happy with is the title. I don't think the title is very objective or representative of the entry, which on the whole is just a single case-study, in general. Any thoughts along these lines?

I'm not really happy with the title either, but don't know what else it could be... 
I'm happy for you to change it as you see fit - I can always complain if I don't like the new one!

OK, the only thing I've edited so far is the title. It's not great, but I think it's a bit better. I'm still very open to suggestion though. Any thoughts?

I'm not keen on what you've changed the title to - it's not about the difficulty of becoming a manager, it's about the difficulty of a driver becoming a manager...
