At the moment, we're not allowed to put our own pictures into h2g2 pages (it's a BBC rule) but you can choose one from the lists of pictures we can use. Have a look at the h2g2 Picture library at C809

If you want to use pictures, you do have to know some code to add them. h2g2's own markup language is called GuideML, and Titania's page at A690518 has easy to follow instructions for doing some basic GuideML stuff, or you could go the whole way and visit the GuideML Clinic, which is at A187229

If you ever get confused with the terms we use here, try h2Jargon, assembled by Dastardly, at A632431.

Sorry, I tend to get a bit lagged on h2g2. Well, not so much that as I just forget to come here for long periods of time. It's an unfortunate habit. I blame, uh, the potatoes or something. They're probably guilty of something.
